West Virginia water supplies go beyond expectations

Results from the company’s Consumer Confidence Report 2020 have shown that the quality of water is consistently high throughout its 19 county states. The Consumer Confidence Report is an annual performance measure of the quality of water supplied by West Virginia American Water against the compliance standards established by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Bureau for Public Health. The comprehensive report describes water sources, water quality tests, substances and the levels of those substances. Frequently asked questions and answers are also included.
