Registration and housing are now open until the 14th of July for the Water Environment Federation’s (WEF) WEFTEC 2017, scheduled to open its doors at McCormick Place, Chicago, Illinois, the United States (US) from the 30th of September to the 4th of October, along with its concurrent award-winning exhibition from the 2nd to 4th of October. In Chicago, this year, the globe’s largest annual water quality event will be celebrating its 90th edition.
Representing all the various aspects of water management, the conference and exhibition this year will feature over 100 technical sessions, 26 workshops, a host of events, local tours to facilities, and more than 1,000 water companies who will showcase the newest developments, technologies, research, and solutions in the industry.
An exhaustive range of topics covering more than 30 focus areas will give attendees the opportunity to design their own unique learning experience and also give them the chance to earn continuing education credits. The opportunity to interact with global water experts will also be extended to attendees through mobile sessions, product demonstrations, the Innovation Showcase, and the Stormwater Congress, and also in more than a dozen specially designed pavilions.
Other highlights of the conference include the Opening General Session; the Great Water Cities session; the Mix with Members reception, a crowd favourite; as well as the returning Interactive Knowledge Exchange, among many others.
