Veolia Water Technologies, a solutions provider for water and wastewater treatment, adds new modular trailer-mounted reverse osmosis (RO) systems to its mobile water services fleet in China — expanding its range of mobile offerings for the Chinese market. In addition to the RO units, the fleet also includes filtration, ultrafiltration and deionisation units.

“The new RO mobile units will increase capacity to meet the growing demand for reliable water treatment solutions in China,” said Robin Zhang, head of mobile water services for Veolia in China. “We can now cater to a wider range of industries and support customers with our mobile water treatment technologies and expertise, anytime and anywhere.”
The modular ‘plug-and-play’ design units offer flexible treatment capacity and configuration that suit a variety of industries, especially for heavy industry sectors such as chemicals, petrochemical and power. An efficient alternative to fixed plants, Veolia’s mobile water services address customers’ needs for temporary, emergency, and long-term water treatment applications, and help to minimise the impact of downtimes on plant operations.
Zhang added, “Our mobile water treatment units are deployed from our depots to ensure speed of response with minimal freight time, and they can be dispatched to our customers’ facilities within a day — 24/7/365. With a dependable and compliant water supply, even in unexpected situations, our customers can be assured of uninterrupted business operations.”
