TÜV SÜD at country specials on South Africa and China at IFAT 2016

At IFAT 2016, TÜV SÜD will deliver talks at the ‘country specials’ on South Africa and China which are organised by the Bavarian State Ministry of the Environment and Consumer Protection and Messe München. These specials offer participants the opportunity to exchange ideas and information on applied and market-relevant developments in the relevant countries.

At the South Africa Special, renowned experts from business, industry and science will provide information on the South African environmental technology market and their experiences, possible innovations and scientific cooperation in this field. The country special will address the South African market and South Africa’s role as a gateway to other African countries. In this high-calibre setting, Dr. Andreas Hauser, Head of TÜV SÜD Water Services at Singapore will speak on “Actionable Standards – Accelerate the adoption of sustainable technologies in emerging countries”. The China Special focuses on the Chinese market for environmental technologies and the German-Chinese environmental partnership. Against this backdrop, Dr. Andreas Hauser of TÜV SÜD Water Services will speak on “Standardisation in the Water Sector – Key Enabler for Sustainable Solutions”. IFAT will take place from 30 May to 3rd June 2016 in Munich. TÜV SÜD, the international provider of testing and certification services, will be represented at IFAT 2016 by TÜV SÜD Water Services from Singapore at the stand (Stand EWE.3) of DME Deutsche Meerwasserentsalzung (German Water Desalination Association), and by TÜV SÜD Industrie Service at the stand (Stand EWE.1) of DWA Deutsche Vereinigung für Wasserwirtschaft, Abwasser und Abfall (German Association for Water, Wastewater and Waste).
