The Water Convention, a key technology pillar of the Singapore International Water Week (SIWW), has grown to be a global platform where researchers, practitioners and technology providers from all continents gather and foster collaborations. In 2018, it drew more than 1,200 delegates from 59 countries worldwide and featured over 300 oral and poster presentations in six Hot Issues Workshops and 36 technical sessions.
Jointly organised by the International Water Association (IWA) and PUB, Singapore’s National Water Agency, the Water Convention 2020 technical programme serves as a platform for sharing knowledge, engaging discussions and debates among water leaders and practitioners through high quality presentations showcasing sustainable technological solutions, processes and management strategies that address current and emerging water issues.
The themes to be discussed are:
- Delivering Water from Source to Tap
- Effective and Efficient Wastewater Management
- Cities of the Future
- Water Quality and Health
Prospective authors are invited to submit abstracts for either oral or poster presentations here before 16 August.
