Seven Seas Water acquired by Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners

Seven Seas Water has announced that it has been acquired by funds managed by Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners (“MSIP”). Seven Seas Water is a former operating segment of AquaVenture Holdings Limited, which was acquired by Culligan earlier today.
