PumpMan Holdings LLC, a portfolio company of Soundcore Capital Partners, LLC, has successfully completed the acquisition of W.C. Weil, based in Allison Park, Pennsylvania, United States (U.S.), and an equipment and systems service provider for municipal water and waste water treatment pumping systems.
Established in 1978, W.C. Weil offers new equipment sales, routine inspection, and asset management, among many others. As part of PumpMan, the company will continue to operate under the W.C. Weil brand, and continue to provide customers with exceptional service and technical support to maintain and repair expensive municipal assets.

W.C. Weil’s owner, Greg Madia, will remain with the company, and will serve as President of the Sales Division. In this role, Madia will work closely with customers to identify and resolve critical issues.
