NX Filtration signs key agreements in Vietnam to advance water solutions

In partnership with the UN Development Programme (UNDP) and Nam Cau Kien Industrial Park, NX Filtration embarks on a feasibility study for industrial wastewater reclamation. Over a year, its hollow fibre nanomembrane technology will be deployed, with the initial six months dedicated to operations. This approach facilitates the recycling of wastewater for industrial purposes and positions Nam Cau Kien Industrial Park as a trailblazer in Vietnam’s green industrial landscape.

The group’s collaboration with Ca Mau Water (CMW) joint stock company (JSC) and climate fund managers (CFM) heralds a new era of sustainable water management at the La Giang water treatment plant (WTP) in Duc Tho district, Ha Tinh province. Through this partnership, NX Filtration aims to integrate its hollow fibre nanomembrane technology into the existing water treatment infrastructure. The implementation of this project will bolster the plant’s capacity to provide clean and safe water to the local community and serve as a blueprint for future water management initiatives.

Minister of infrastructure and water management Mark Harbers; minister of agriculture, nature and food quality Christianne van der Wal; and president of the confederation of Netherlands industry and employers (VNO-NCW) Ingrid Thijssen; were among the 140 business entrepreneurs present.
