The International Desalination and Reuse Association is seeking a host agency for its 2026–2027 Fellowship Programme, which recognises professional achievement and contributions to desalination and water reuse. The programme supports education and international knowledge exchange across the sector.

The fellowship enables recipients to spend six weeks with a host agency, typically a public utility or research organisation, working alongside sector professionals. Fellows gain insight into operational practices, strategies and policy approaches, while host agencies benefit from the fellow’s expertise and exposure to international experience.

Previous host agencies have included the University of Alberta in Canada, the University of Arizona West in the United States, PUB Singapore’s national water agency, the Saline Water Conversion Corporation in Saudi Arabia, Water Corporation and Murdoch University in Western Australia, the US Bureau of Reclamation, the Ministry of Electricity and Water in Kuwait and the Public Authority for Electricity and Water in Oman.

Organisations interested in hosting a six-week fellowship attachment can request programme guidelines and further information by 28 February 2026.
