The Service and Leadership award was presented during the AAWRE Induction ceremony at the Environmental & Water Resources Institute (EWRI) Congress on Monday May 23, 2016, in West Palm Beach, Florida by David D. We recognize and celebrate not only Dr. Boulos’ contribution to water engineering but also his outstanding service while on the AAWRE Board of Trustees from 2010-2015 and as the Board President in 2014.
