Ingersoll Rand showcases at SIWW 2024

Global provider of mission-critical flow creation and industrial solutions Ingersoll Rand will showcase its energy-efficient solutions in water and wastewater treatment technologies at the upcoming Singapore International Water Week (SIWW) 2024, taking place from 19-21 Jun 2024 at Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Marina Bay Sands (MBS), Singapore.

Ingersoll Rand will demonstrate its sustainability commitment by highlighting its portfolio of digitalized solutions that enhance productivity and total cost of ownership throughout the equipment lifecycle. Visitors will experience firsthand how its solutions can help them achieve their environmental and productivity goals.

Introducing the Gardner Denver turbo blower

A key highlight at the Ingersoll Rand booth will be the launch of Gardner Denver’s turbo blower, featuring the next-generation BM200 Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) with frictionless MagLev bearing technology. This blower is equipped with Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) capabilities for enhanced monitoring and control. It also features a fully integrated system design — direct drive from the motor to the impeller combined with aero design and integrated intelligent variable speed drive and controller. These are installed in a compact, efficient, quiet ‘turn-key’ package. The Gardner Denver BM-200 series high speed MagLev blower is applicable in aeration systems, Membrane Bioreactor (MBR), sand filter backwash system, reverse osmosis (RO), anaerobic digestion (AD), biogas plant and desalination plant.

Robin Tan, director, blower and vacuum business for South East Asia at Ingersoll Rand, said, “The Gardner Denver turbo blower with MagLev bearing technology is a gamechanger for the industry, and we are excited to unveil it at SIWW 2024.”
