H2Oil & Gas, an Aquarion Group company, has been awarded a contract to design and supply equipment for a produced water treatment plant in Malaysia.
For the project, which is now nearing completion, H2Oil & Gas produced a compact skid layout to minimize the weight and footprint on an offshore module that was at a critical limit. It will treat 163.68m3 per day of produced water.
The optimized process design makes use of the existing gas in the system, eliminating the use of additional fuel gas used on standard Compact Flotation Units. All savings from the optimized design and layout were passed on to the client, resulting in a high quality competitive solution.
H2Oil & Gas is utilizing an experienced local fabricator familiar with all in-country standards and practices to ensure high quality and reliable on time delivery.
