Flottweg appoints Nadine Andree as new CFO

Flottweg, an international manufacturer of industrial centrifuges, decanters and separation systems, has appointed Nadine Andree as its new chief financial officer (CFO). Effective 1 Sep 2026, Andree joins the company’s management board and will be responsible for the finance division.

With extensive national and international experience in finance, controlling, HR, IT and corporate management, Andree will support the continued development of the Flottweg Group.

The appointment comes as Flottweg continues to expand its presence in international markets. In South East Asia, Thailand serves as the company’s regional hub, providing local expertise, sales and customer services to support demand for separation technology across the region and wider Asia-Pacific market.

The CFO position had remained vacant since Klaus Huber stepped down from the management board at the end of 2025 for personal reasons, following 25 years with the company. During the interim period, responsibility for the finance division was assumed by Dr Kersten Christoph Link, chief executive officer of Flottweg.

“We are delighted to welcome Andree to the management board of Flottweg,” said Bernhard Rau, chairman of the supervisory board of Flottweg. “With her extensive financial expertise, international experience and strategic perspective on business processes, she brings valuable competencies to support the continued development of our company. We are confident that she will provide important impulses for the future direction of the Flottweg Group.”

Andree has held leadership positions in finance and controlling in Germany and internationally, including assignments in the US and China. Most recently, she served as interim CFO at Schleich.

She holds a master’s degree from the International School of Management in Germany and a second master’s degree from Lancaster University in the UK. Her academic and professional career has included experience across Europe, Asia and North America.

Her previous roles have focused on the restructuring, digitalisation and standardisation of business processes, as well as the management of international teams and organisations. Her experience across different industries and markets will support the further development of the Flottweg Group.

“Flottweg stands for technical excellence, innovation and a strong commitment to its customers. I look forward to working together with my fellow board members and all employees to actively shape the company’s future success,” said Andree. “I am particularly excited about the opportunity to contribute my experience to accelerate the internationalisation of this successful family-owned company and thereby drive long-term, profitable growth.”

The supervisory board also thanked Huber for his long-standing contribution to the company. During his 25-year tenure at Flottweg, he played a role in the economic development and growth of the group.

With Andree’s appointment, Flottweg has strengthened its management board as it continues to operate in an increasingly international market. Its South East Asian operations are positioned to support demand for separation technology in areas including agricultural processing, food production and industrial wastewater treatment.
