Evoqua recently acquired Olson Irrigation Systems, a leading designer and producer of filters and irrigation components for the agriculture and industrial markets based in Santee, California, United States (U.S.).
With this acquisition, Evoqua continues to build on its leadership position in filtration serving a broad range of industrial applications. Already, Olson is a major supply partner to Evoqua’s VAF product line, which is a part of the Evoqua’s Aquatics and Disinfection (A&D) division, and the company will become a part of the division as well.
“Olson has been a trusted partner of Evoqua and our VAF business for years,” Ron Keating, CEO of Evoqua, said. “We are very pleased to strengthen that relationship and to work even closer to drive growth across a variety of key markets.”
Recently, Evoqua also acquired ADI Systems, Lange Containment and Geomembrane Technologies (ADI).
