Dow Water & Process Solutions announced as Principal Sponsor for Aquatech Amsterdam 2017

Dow Water & Process Solutions, global leader in sustainable water separation and purification technologies and a global business unit of DowDuPont Specialty Products, will be the Principal Sponsor  of this year’s Aquatech Amsterdam, held from 31 October to 3 November 3. In addition, the company will also be presenting and demonstrating its latest advanced products and solutions range, as well as hosting “Dow Talks” with industry experts at its stand.

“Following the success of our role as Principal Sponsor at the 2015 edition, we are very much looking forward to collaborating with our partners at Aquatech again and demonstrate our continued commitment to one of the world’s most critical industries – water,” Alexander Lane, EMEAI Commercial Director, said. “Our aim is to drive awareness around the most important water challenges of today across both residential and industrial water sectors, while demonstrating through real examples the wide offering of our technologies as part of integrated solutions.”

The company will be presenting its advanced product range and demonstrating “Where the solution is clear”, focusing on technologies and solutions that can help businesses drive improvements in water treatment and system design – such as WAVE (Water Application Value Engine), a new multi-technology design software that will be introduced during Aquatech and helps reduce the time needed to design water treatment systems, increases productivity, and optimises system performance.

Dow will also be showcasing its latest technologies for the residential arena that are helping to make residential water treatment safer and more sustainable, as well as industrial solutions and applications such as Minimal Liquid Discharge that tackle challenges including the minimisation of waste and costs in industrial water recovery.

Dow’s experts will be holding a series of informative sessions – “Dow Talks” – to which visitors are invited to attend and participate in discussions around today’s most challenging water issues, as well as the latest trends and innovations across various applicable sectors, from petrochemical to power generation. Their specialists will also discuss Industrial User Experience, sharing the latest developments in wastewater reuse for municipal applications and organic removal from petrochemical waste stream.

“We are delighted to have a world-renowned company such as Dow as Principal Sponsor of the show for the second time in a row,” Annette Bos, Director Water of Aquatech Global Events, said. “We are looking forward to this edition of Aquatech Amsterdam and the Dow sponsorship offers all attendees another great opportunity to exchange knowledge and expand their network.”
