Cla-Val Company has announced changes to its senior management team, effective 1 Jan 2026.
John Link will assume the role of president and chief executive officer. A thirty-five-year veteran of the company, Link has overseen sales and engineering-related activities across domestic and international markets and most recently served as president.
Ryan Pickett will be promoted to chief operating officer. Pickett brings fifteen years of operational experience and has been involved in the company’s operational growth initiatives.
Martin W. Pickett will transition from his current role to chairman of the board. In this position, he will continue to provide strategic direction and support selected growth initiatives.
“We have a strong company and a committed team across the organisation,” Martin Pickett said.
The executive management team also includes David Koeblitz as executive vice president and chief financial officer and Hugo Van Buel as executive vice president of European operations.
